Alex Campbell is an internationally acclaimed and accredited ADHD coach, UK registered psychotherapist, author and Board Advisor to ADHD New Zealand. One of the first people in the UK formally diagnosed with ADHD, Alex now champions neuro-affirming approaches across workplaces and communities. He is the co-founder of Gold Mind Academy, an ICF-accredited global coach training organisation, and co-author of ADHD…Now What? a practical guide to understanding and embracing ADHD. Alex has worked with global organisations including Google, BNZ, Air New Zealand, DLA Piper and Booking.com to help create environments where neurodivergent people can thrive.
Mat Rowe is the Founding Partner and Director of Outset Ventures, New Zealand’s leading deep-technology investment fund and incubator, birthplace of global successes such as Rocket Lab. With a background in chemical and materials engineering and biotechnology, Mat brings over 25 years’ experience in bioscience and engineering. He was an early member of LanzaTech and went on to co-found Dotterel Technologies and Mint Innovation, pioneering UAV noise-reduction and sustainable metal recovery from e-waste. As part of the Auckland Mayor’s Tech and Innovation Alliance, he champions initiatives that strengthen the city’s innovation ecosystem while helping deep-tech startups scale globally.
