He has operated at the centre of government, contributing to strategic policy development and reform, and has led major national initiatives focused on civic responsibility, public ethics, and institutional transformation.
Dr. Conteh has represented his country on major global platforms as Commissioner General at international expositions across Europe, Asia, and other global markets, engaging investors, governments, institutions, and business stakeholders.
